it wouldn't matter if they signed 1000 agreements worth zillions of euros...end of the day fo the funds to be available certain tasks have to be met...you can bet your bottom dollar the eu will have the turks under a microscope and in the end turkey will live up to her expectations of not honouring anything she puts her signature to it...
