Be wary... there's a regrouping going on, they'll be a return en masse when least expected....

What was that noise?... :?

So it seems that there must have been some kind of signal given for jumping the "ship". I wonder by who and why.

Is this true of other Forums? I do not visit any other Cyprus related Forums and so I do not have direct knowledge.

Other forums died a couple of years ago. The ATCA forum which was full of partitionists has died first. I mean they are still on the net but nobody writes anything

That's a sad development. I always had a good laugh there.

This sounds like groundhog day.

First they withdraw into enclaves, then they invade en masse and partition the forum.

But I stil think it is just a case of running out of steam and not having a peg to stand on.

Yes, it's odd that suddenly Turkey has discovered that the island's natural resources belong to both "communities". It's resulted in the confusing message that despite the creation of the breakaway regime, the TCs still have rights as citizens of the Republic of Cyprus! And these rights are being championed by Turkey! Does this mean that GCs have "rights" to the resources of the north as well? What's a TC to make of all this? Maybe their brains have gone into a collective meltdown...

Yes, a reminder if may please point out that one notable particularly prolific partitionist poster of provocative one-line views was telling us a few weeks ago that the Republic didn't have the pollocks to start the exploratory drilling in Block 12 and that Turkey would stop any such attempt.

A dodgy prediction too far.
