... but coming back to passports... isn't it a bit silly and asking for trouble if people carry 4 passports with them on overseas travel in these dangerous and suspicious times. What would airport officers think if someone was found to be carrying 3 or 4 passports?

According to statistics released by the Republic of Cyprus in June 2007 and accurate as of May 2007: 49156 Turkish Cypriots currently have Republic of Cyprus passports; 79497 have Republic identity cards and 90920 have Republic birth certificates.

It is rank hypocracy of the five so called ministers of the Psuedostate to hold RoC and so called TRNC passports: they really have to chose. They have however recognised the RoC by taking out a passport.

passport or birth certificate ? whats you point braindead man.your rules probably make it easier for a tc to get a passport if they produce a so called roc birth certificate.so they get a birth certificate and it smooths over the process of getting a passport.
my point is that you lot do not like tc having so called roc passports and birth certificates.well stop giving them out and see what happens,go on tell your stinking church leaders to tell the puppet politicians to deny the tc so called roc passports,go on do it

With 100,000 citizens of the ROC in the North I think the ROC has a lot more right tointervene there now than Turkey did in 1974 when there were few Turkish citizens in Cyprus, and most of them provocateurs
