Polyviou for President?

Is this a power play by Polyviou to stand in the next Presidential elections (whenever they might be)?

Although pretty much anyone on the island can easily fill tractor Jim’s ballerina shoes, does conducting an official enquiry into government incompetence qualify one for presidency?

Poliviou, would easily lose if he stood as an independent.

If he does or if he gets some ministry etc in a future government it would mean that maybe his report was not objective and that he had ulterior motives.

I'm sure Akel members would like to believe that Polyviou could only write such a critical report because he had an ulterior motive not because Christofias was incompetent and neglected his duties as President.

I just heard a bunch of Akel supporters on RIK cheering El Presidente and saying that Polyviou plans to run for President!

The Minister of Energy, Cassinis has shown excellent judgement in recent weeks.
