Work Permit for internaiotal student

Some college gave work permit paper 10 hours per week. Is it Ok ? What Cyprus Government saying about this matter ? What they doing for student about work permit issue. Al international students have right for wrok as a euro uninon mamber in cyprus. Any body know details about that please give answer this matter.
