Solid wood settee with bed underneath. This spare bed has wheels for easy pull out and a foam mattress. very clean and comfortable. Used this summer only

ALSO

a Gainsborough power shower its either a 9.5kw or 10.5kw (cant make it out from the instruction book) unit, white. Never been used with full instruction book. It is missing a shower head as I had to use it.!!!
