here is an idea why then law abiding turkey take her case with cyprus to ICJ?...
she would probably argue successfully a couple of points...
1...make ethnic cleansing acceptable
2...the newly discovered gas fields
and if the ICJ does not see the turkish point of view then turkey can threaten the ICJ with war...a win win scenario for turkey...
