Hello everyone!
I know that VAT rules have changed for building girst house however the detailed rules were not announced and I was was wondering about an issue.
How do we distinguish what is a veranda and what is an "εξωστης" as we call it in Greek?
because I am measuring all covered places that are currently in my plans and they are more than 50 square meters. however not all of it is a veranda but they are just kind of small outdoor wall parallel to the ground...
anyone knows details for this or at least can give me a link to read a bit more on this subject?
