i have a new iphne 4 16 GB perfect condition no scratch 10/10 SIMFREE but it is locked by imei here in Isreal some guy sold it to me and then reported that it's lost...
i will be in Paralimni in October and i would like to swap with somebody with iphone 4 simfree only that have a locked imei iphone 4 in Cyprus

The person who sold it to you stole it. Best thing to do is to report this to the police ... unless you are not entirely innocent either

Why would anybody exchange a fully working iPhone 4 with one that is locked by imei??

he wants exchange it with same situation mobile(cant be used in cyprus only).

first time i hear about iphones laundary!!lol

If the phone was reported stolen in Israel... then the IMEI will be banned in Israel... I really dont think that Cyta or MTN will get that IMEI in the blacklist here in Cyprus... so the only problem with that phone would be to unlock it with gvey-sim for example and its perfectly usable in cyprus

That's why he wants to exchange the phone with someone here...
I don't know who is going to agree to this exchange tho... maybe with half the price of the phone as difference
