Hello All
I have just joined the forum, i am looking to rent long term 12 months from July 2012,i am retired and looking for 1 or 2 bed appartment in Paphos or maybe Protaras\area anything in those areas,hope someone can advise, thanks

mate best way is to go for a drive and look around, lots of houses/apts have for rent sign on it and it is usually cheaper than agents, I know few houses for rent in Melania village in Pafos it is less than 5 min from Tombs of the Kings so the location is good yet it is quite as it is off the main road, my mate lives in one of the houses their and pays 350 a month (semi detached 2 bedroom house) with a garden (big one) and a communal pool,, you will be surprised but if you got a house straight from the landlord you probably will be able to get your self a nice deal.
