Is it possible to buy land on this beautiful island, as a foreigner? If so are there any things that I need to know? Or do you have to be a resident?

Maybe one could tell me where I can find information about this topic.

If you are non-EU you can purchase 1 plot of max 4014m2 to builod a single house.

If you wish to buy more you may set up a holding company with a cypriot partner and buy as much as you like.

Ok so I'm a EU citizen. Does that mean I can buy as much land as I want without setting up such company? Is there a legal department I can or have to talk to about this?

EU can buy what you want, no need for companys etc etc.
