There are approximatly 15 thousand empty houses built or partially built during the construction boom in the occupied. The Turkish army officers will move into those if need be. Of course the Kibrisli contractors will not be pleased, unless the Turkish army pay rent at market value which is highly unlikely, but they will do nothing other than complain privately. Perhaps they will prove me wrong and join with forces daring to oppose the occupation.
Have these filthy squatters paid their rent yet? Good luck to our lawyers. May they constantly find creative ways to harass these scumbags.
They don't care whose house it is actually. It may well belong to a kibrisli built on kibrisli land. As long as it is empty, Turkish Army officers get in and take it, paying no rent no anything. The same happens with the settlers of course, but those can be beaten and get out.
And then we see headings in newspapers that the Kypreoi in Karpasia don't pay their utility bills!! As if anyone there pays anything
Big surprises awaiting us in case of a solution
