Can you guys explain how the RoC taking steps to legalize the "trnc" would create an issue for Turkey. I'm curious as I was under the impression that this has been what Turkey has been pushing for. How would recognition by the ROC undermine Turkey's strategy in the occupied areas? I'm all for creative thinking but this one has passed me by.

turkey wants control of the whole island as per annan plan and what she has been pushing since then...by recognising the kfc that would stop turkey controlling the whole of the island...but done at the right moment it could serve really well...
