NICOSIA, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Cyprus's junior coalition partner said it was pulling out of the left-wing government on Wednesday after talks broke down on tactics for the island's reunification talks.

"It is clear that the dialogue has been terminated and the Democratic Party ceases to be in cooperation with the President of the Republic," said Marios Garoyan, leader of the Democratic Party.

EU bail-out so that El Presidente can do all the things for the economy that everyone has been telling him to do (like screw the unions) and say it is not his fault, the EU told him to do it!

Can CFias get China to bail us out? or am I not understanding economics... a bail out is just an injection of cash right?

A bailout is an act of loaning or giving capital to an entity (a company, a country, or an individual) that is in danger of failing, in an attempt to save it from bankruptcy, insolvency, or total liquidation and ruin; or to allow a failing entity to fail gracefully without spreading contagion

The latter is the real and only reason the EU offers bail outs.
