Business names, clubs names, associations names, ARE NOT basic human rights, they are the names you do business (in fact football clubs are business today). On a private level you can call yourself whatever you like, but not publicly.

Because it is descriptive damn it, even coca cola was forced to change it's Brand name to Coke, after the name Coca Cola became descriptive to mean "any soft drink".The same happened to Farin Lactee, it became Cerelac.

Not on those terms. Definitely not. A solution will have to be based on EU principles as the RoC is in the EU and won't give up its rights. You can't turn the clock back to before 2004. It's too late now.
