Turkey's Foreign trade deficit soars by 79.2 percent in June

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Oh, I thought you liked the idea of the TL going down, you know, so that producers in Turkey can make more money. Isn't that what you said not so long ago, and now you are worried about the consumers having to pay more for those products. Just which side of the economic fence are you on, Lordo.

Don't tell me you went ahead and bought TL as an investment like you said you would. Did you?

In any case, you should blame all this to the corrupt leaders in Turkey. I'm just stating the facts, that's all.

I'm sure you must also have a PhD in economics from the north.

That's a normal depreciation of any healthy currencies purchasing power over 15 years due to a very low inflation rate at 1-2 % per year. The same depreciation value of the TL would happen at most in 3 years.

Turkey zeroes customs duty for livestock imports from EU

The customs duties for livestock and red meat imports from the European Union have been zeroed for the state-run Meat and Milk Board (ESK) in a bid to decrease the negative effects of food prices rising by around 30 percent annually.

if we work at 2% depreciation over 15 year period assuming it is not compounded that means 30% depreciation. now does that trolley look like 30% depreciation to your eyes.

may i suggest a visitation to spec savers. you are almost blind man.

Now I know you have a PhD from the north for economics, because only an idiot believes that 15 years ago one could buy a shopping cart full for $20, and a bigger idiot uses cartoon drawings as a factual statement of the reality.

By the way, the Turkish Lira needed more Vaseline today!
