Question: From where do these leaks come?
Ms. Buttenheim: I am not going to characterize where the leaks came from but there were leaks.
So the leaks could have come from anyone. The question you need to ask is, who has the motive to make these leaks and who has the most to gain from such leaks.
The clue would be, by those who do not want to discuss property and territorial chapters.!
Kudret Özersay said the below quote;
