I count three governing bodies.

My understanding of this agreement is, political representation which sustains the identity of all Individuals as Cypriots, while as Persons they can choose to sustain many (more than one) National identities; Bicommunal. Further, I want to add that Bicommunal cannot mean "Greek" and "Turk".

Leaving the Green Line as it is may be the best solution, many of the displaced can return as communities, with the addition of enclaves to our geography. It will be possible to repopulate north and south, a redistribution which provides an end to a militarised "border", and Justice seen; this is my understanding of the word Bizonal as it applies to Cyprus. Sovereignty our free movement and association as Cypriots is secured in essence because as National Assemblies will demonstrate Goodwill as majorities toward minorities reciprocally (and island-wide), citizens can stand united for the Principals that better us as Humans in a government that defends the State
