EAC couldn't organise a brew-up in Pissouri!

Trying to work out when my power will be cut, I went through the EAC's list of areas and I could be in one of three or four. They say you can tell by the time your power went off yesterday, mine went off at exactly 13:00, which seems to be excluded from their list.

:idea: I know, I will call them and give them details of my account, then they will be able to tell me! No bloody chance, they say there is nothing relating to any account which can tell them which area someone is in!!!!
