I am sure business is running slow at the cinemas too!!!! If these people had some more sense, they would refund everyone with tickets...

The possibility of going with another friend is high, so they will sell another ticket.

Think about the money in which the canteens will make when people go to see another film...

Last time I went there, half the seats were empty anyway.

In this way its a win win situation

Take something that worths 60 Euros on the cinema and you're egual. Nobody is going to sue you since they owe you! I'd make a big trouble for it until I get what I want.

And what would be worth 60 Euros at the cinema? :?: :?:
 OK maybe the candybar girl.
But I not sure how well that would go over.

I wouldn't pay 5 Euros to go to the cinema. But 60 to get the kids out from under so I can sit home and watch a film.........priceless!

I went to Kcineplex on Thursday. They told us to keep our tickets so if they electricity was cut we could use the same tickets to watch the movie at a different date. Either they changed their policy or your children didn't understand that they had to keep the tickets.

I think they finally established a policy. It wasn't my kids they were dealing with either and ultimately after my wife got on the phone to the police they did refund our money. It's too bad that's what it takes to get decent customer service. I will never go back there.
