Perhaps you guys get more information than I do in Australia. So I am not sure about the anti Christofias government attitude. As far as I am reading he is trying really hard to re-unify the Island. I am not sure what other efforts you expect from him. We are dealing with an intransigent regime that is putting up barriers all the time.

If anyone can shed some light on the matter please do so.

In my view our so called EU partners are letting us down big time. They should apply economic embargoes on Turkey till she withdraws its troops from Cyprus. I fail to see how you can blame Christofias fr the intransigent attitude of Erdogan. Further to this I doubt that Cyprus has the power to take on Turkey in a war, as some people on this forum appear to advocate.

Attack me as much as you want for supporting this page knowing load of you wont, i never felt that good in a long time thanks to this page who not only speaking about Cyprus... its about this world.. their is hope for better human, may be after all we can be equal, we can love and not hate and maybe we can forget the bitterness of the past and move forward to better future..
