Bicommunal, means a State, as well as National Assemblies.

Bizonal, means one Sovereignty, as well as defined territorial jurisdictions.

...in either case, it does not mean "two" as in torn in two parts, or "Greek"/"Turk".

Ms. Clinton, and the United States are waiting for us to define these words on our terms; don't you wish it is soon too?
