The answer is a "NO", but you are forgetting something, which is, the north is NOT a province of Turkey, but an illegal occupation by Turkey. There is a HUGE difference. In the eyes of the north and Turkey, (however far one can stretch their imagination and fantasy) the "trnc" is meant to be a "independent state", so there goes your theory, that Turkey "giving" money to the north is as same as Turkey giving money to one of her provinces within Turkey.
Its all good loving, you can dress it how you wish in your own imagination Turkey has been our only ally and support that says a lot in anyones book, you cannot change that by spouting out a few words.
Are you not the one who spouts all the time that the "trnc" is an "independent and sovereign country", regardless how wrong you are in your spouting, in your mind you believe it, therefore, how can you then state that the "trnc" is a province of Turkey ? Defies all logic and common sense, don't you think ?
