i agree says a lot for their support towards TCs thanks for pointing that out.

And are the T/Cs grateful for Turkey screwing itself over occupying Cyprus? Are they out on the streets cheering Erdogan for "saving" them while sacrificing its own long-term interests? Why not? The ungrateful parasites.

20th JULY just around the corner even Erdogan is attending listen for those jets.

Why do you say "even Erdogan"? Is there a problem with his going to the occupied areas? Have I missed something?

The TSK may take him down if he shows up, with the Kurdish autonomy declaration now a reality!
He will think twice before attending.

So you admit that they never said anything about choosing the "trnc" over the EU. That's all I wanted to know. Thanks!

The rest of your post is just wishful thinking of Turkey choosing the TCs over the EU. They don't even let you export anything of great value to Turkey from the north, many TCs left the north due to no opportunities, and Turkey flooded the north with her own people. They must really love you to death!

450 million USD worth every year.

That's what they were lending you, but now that they see they will not get a great return on their loans to the north, they are reducing it and telling you what they think of the TCs, a bunch of ungrateful kept and maintained which was interpreted by other Turkish official as to mean "Kept Parasites". Lets face it, Turkey owns your asses and will trade you for a chance to be in the EU if and when she gets her own house in order.

Kikapu when the Turkish Government gives money to any of it regions does it ask for the money back? Do you know how much they get back for their investment? lets not be silly here.

Well seeing she will never get her house in order as you put it, no problem.

Clarification from Mr. Bagis, Turkey's new "EU minister", on what the idiot Davutoglu meant to say:

'We don't have any relations with the Greek Cypriot side anyway, we don't recognize them, so we have no ties. I think that's what the foreign minister meant" '

Hope that's clear.

what threats?...the EU exercise has been frozen long ago...the turks are looking for a scapegoat...

the talks are going to fail and turkey is positioning herself putting the blame on the RoC, one for the failed talks and 2 for turkey's EU aspirations...

turkey knows only to well that the cyprob is not the only issue troubling her on her uphill travel...how about armenia, how about the civil war, how about the etc...

empty threats...she accepted the yes vote from the RoC to get an EU date, itself a sign of recognition...

The answer is a "NO", but you are forgetting something, which is, the north is NOT a province of Turkey, but an illegal occupation by Turkey. There is a HUGE difference. In the eyes of the north and Turkey, (however far one can stretch their imagination and fantasy) the "trnc" is meant to be a "independent state", so there goes your theory, that Turkey "giving" money to the north is as same as Turkey giving money to one of her provinces within Turkey.

Its all good loving, you can dress it how you wish in your own imagination Turkey has been our only ally and support that says a lot in anyones book, you cannot change that by spouting out a few words.
