I live in Moutagiaka, Limassol, near the beach road and I'm trying to find out where to find this Mukhtar fella' as I need to get some papers from him.

Anybody knows any info on his whereabouts ?

Found out, went there today, for future reference it's in the middle of the village, first you go past some houses, some are unfinished, then there's some big warehouse-shop and then you go down a steep hill. After you go down take the second right and it's right on top , first buildings on the left, with some flags hanging in front of it, really polite and courteous people working there
