Good day.

I am a citizen of a foreign country who owns an apartment in Nicosia, Cyprus. I am usually leasing this apartment to locals as I am not in Cyprus that often. Recently a bunch of students were renting my apartment, everything was comparably fine... Until this summer, when I went to Cyprus for a business trip and decided to visit the flat. What I've seen shocked me! Those students messed up the whole flat, they broken the TV, the fridge, air conditioners dont work, everything's dirty and screwed up. Walls are dirty (they were playing football it seems) and need repainting, heck, even the floor needs restoration.

So I would like to hire a couple of local people to perfom some cosmetic renovation. Also, I am looking for new tenants (as I obviously terminate all business relationship with those students and am currently suing them).
