Why ?

Shouldn't every country be blessed by God, whether one is religious or not ?

I'm not religious btw.

Declaring a country to be "blessed by God" (which, by the way,seems unique to the US) implies that they believe the actions of that country are "blessed by God" too -dangerous thinking!!! :shock:

The US truly have separations of Church and State unlike many other countries, therefore, nothing is or should be implied that US policies, foreign or domestic, are Blessed by God.
