This could have huge implications for anyone who has been involved in exploiting GC property, British based "trnc"estate agents for example. Even those at the top of "trnc" administration could find that they cannot travel to EU countries for fear of arrest. The RoC must have collecting hundreds of incriminating evidence from these morally corrupted crooks in the last 7 years. As for the morally corrupted buyers of these stolen GC properties, the Orams ruling will take care of them in due course.
