CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Your role: - Welcome customers, listen, understand their needs and manage requests and complaints - Train and embed cashiers - Ensure the safety of people, goods and resources in implementing and controlling the disbursement procedures - Replace the cashiers if necessary - Collect all information related to the non-customer satisfaction and make proposals for improvement

You must have: - Experience in Funds - Knowledge of procedures for managing funds - Knowledge of Greek (essential) and English - Knowledge of PC - Ability to communicate and organize - Team spirit, comfort, professional relationships, responsibility, independence, hard work - Availability Travel
