In short I'm saying that the EU and the UN does not support the AP of 2004 for Cyprus in 2011. Stay in the present and we might get somewhere with a settlement based on 21st century ideals of Europe for Cyprus.
As usual you are avoiding the question, were the UN and EU trying to trick the GCs into a bad solution? Think carefully its you vs the UN and EU (plus others we wont mention ooops Greece).
A few individuals inside the EU ARE NOT THE EU. The fact is the EU as a whole has not expressed an opinion. It would have done so, after the 2 co-presidents would write a letter to the Commision asking for the Anan Plan to become primary Aquis. To do that the Anan plan should pass through the parliaments of all member states and get a yes vote.
Do you think there would be even 1 chance in a million for the Ann Plan to pass? If yes you would have proof that the EU accepted the plan.
Now answer the question: Would it get a pass, YES or NO?
NB. If you answer honestly i might bother answer your second part about the UN.
