Maybe because you want to have a system where GCs Democratic Rights, Human Rights, International Laws and the EU Principles are violated, just so to give you more rights than them, as well as you wanting to keep their properties. :idea:

Why dont you get the "Honest T/Cs don't want to be "won over" to solve your problem for you, Im (not) sure they will take that leap of faith into the Gcs arms as they have experienced whats it like living under GC "democracy and human rights".
