Is there any reason you are asking specifically about Cyprus? There are several models and I believe there are many reviews about each model online. If it works good somewhere else it will work good in Cyprus as well. Do you need it for general computing or as an HTPC?

Hi Sotos... I was looking to buy a small comp to fit under my tv to watch streaming tv like Iportal or tiiveni players, as my large computer is too far away from the tv.

ok ... I understood that. From what I know z-box comes in different versions, so how good it is will depend on what hardware it has. The cheaper ones might not be good enough for streaming 1080p video. Also check out similar products, like the Acer Revo.
