Heaps of Cypriots with foreign passports do business in Turkey. I know of one Cypriot salesman(with an Aussie passport) working for a multinational company based in Cyprus who crosses the border once a fortnight ,then catches a budget plane to Turkey and goes nuts making sales in pidgeon English. Orders are sent directly to Turkey from Germany and this guy is making a killing. This guy claims he has been on a plane with up to 30 Cypriot business men flying to Turkey.

That pisses me off. They can do all the business they like, in fact it should be encouraged but if they fly from tymbou they should have their names published in the papers.

Is the Government of Cyprus retarded? don't they monitor this stuff?

I would shoot him if I saw him too.

This guy left Australia owing people alot of money. He went around to alot of furniture shops and electrical goods shops which had interest free terms & filled up dozens of shipping containers with LCD and Plasma TVs ,leather lounge suites and luxury goods then sent everything to Cyprus.

It pisses me off too that they fly out of Tymbou. It also pisses me off that they do business in Turkey because they are indirectly paying for the Turkish guns stationed in Cyprus threatening the safety of the good people of Cyprus and they are also supporting the maintenance of the flag on the mountain. Shame
