Well seeing as you are so interested it will be fair to let you know that my family sold the plot next to it that is roughly the same same in price and size about 6 weeks ago. Again, thank you for your concern.

The price is reasonable for Mesa Yitonia. This is a city plot, not to be confused with plots in villages or developments in the middle of nowhere which are obviously much cheaper.
