good question. u should do a poll! some idiots are even ashamed of the term "cypriot" and prefer to use the noun "cyprus" for anything from the island.

Totally agree. Having a "motherland" as a citizen of a country that had to fight for its independence is an insecure and immature notion. The only place in Cyprus for foreign flags should be outside embassies. TCs are of course between a rock and a hard place.
