Flat in exchange for a boat.

2 bedroom flat in Pafos 200m from the sea (Faros) is offered in exchange for a boat around 30ft. (motorized) or 34-36 (sail). I have no interest in real estate and i prefer to live on a boat and change my scenery any time i want to :)

I am totally serious, waiting for your offers.

I got couple of offers BOAT + Cash, but i am looking at an asset exchange, basically a boat within the price range of 70 to 90K would do.
