You have to understand that the current situation was imposed on us with an illegal invasion and occupation and will further widen if all the TCs are all replaced by settlers.The RIGHT is on our side and it is very very unlikely this injustice will live for ever. You said it yourself we live in a dynamic world. In this dynamic world I see justice prevailing, not some invadors getting rewarded for their crimes.

Right is on our side but human rights legislation has, unfortunately, given the illegal settlers the right to keep their homes in the north. Turkey knows this, it knows its colonisation cannot be completely reversed or eradicated. This is the Cyprus conundrum, how much is Turkey prepared to return in order for the ROC to rubber stamp the colonisation, will any TCs be allowed to reclaim their land that has been "exchanged" for the north, will TCs be allowed to move into the ROC rather than live as subjects of Turkey in the north.

I agree with almost everything you said Jerry, but I think the matter of "home" was predictable from the moment we became an EU country. Of course "home" is a different thing than the immovable property of a house, and certainly the occupant cannot decline for ever an offer for a new "home" when the house belongs to somebody else.
