Yes we have 2-3 PRIVATE Universities all of them of about equal shitty level as the Eastern University.

My daughter happens to be enrolled in one of these “shitty level” universities as you call them.

Isn't the Cyprus University where they don't kick out the students that don't pass their exams, they just let them take them again, and again, and again, and...............

They also make you study in a language that rather restricts your options.

Whereas the "shitty" universities allow you to study in English and most are following courses sanctioned by overseas universities.

Also having looked at the website of this ICOGRADA it appears any bugger can join if they want. so not really prestigious.

I don't know of ANYONE who failed repeatedly and HAD NOT DROPPED OUT voluntarily. There are other rules at the UoC that make it impossible to graduate with repeated failures... And it's a fact that students do drop out BY THEMSELVES. Isn't that better than having someone else kick you out?

The University of Cyprus is a Greek-language university (Modern Greek is a prerequisite) and thus has ties with Greek institutions, whereas at the rest you can study in English and have ties with US, English, and Australian institutions!

No you tell me which one is shitty!
