I was reading the last comic from xkcd. http://xkcd.com/887/ Scroll down to year 2066 and there you will see that this is the year Cyprus will achieve its goal! That is one year after the last coral reefs die out and one year before redheads go extinct! Not bad ;)

And if you were wondering who made this prediction, it apparently comes from the well known prophet denizaksulu. This is the result that appears in the first page of Google when you search for "by the year 2066": http://www.cyprus-forum.com/cyprus33608-120.html
