LETTER TO BAN ON CITIZENSHIP DEBATES

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

LETTER TO BAN ON CITIZENSHIP DEBATES

Postby halil » Sun Apr 24, 2011 8:40 pm

People’s Justice Council in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon expressing its concerns over the Cyprus negotiations process. The Council’s term-president Ahmet İşcan said that they were very much disturbed by the onging debates about people who were granted the TRNC citizenship.

In the letter, the Council called for the equal treatment of all TRNC citizens at mutual crossings and also urged the Greek Cypriot Administration to allow visits to the places of Islamic worship located in South Cyprus.

Another letter will be sent to the Head of the EU Commission Representation in South Cyprus Androulla Kaminara on Tuesday.

...re halil, i give you a solution to housing settlers who see themselves as Cypriots first. have you read my manifesto, i beg you to give me your observation line by line. do you understand that bizonal does not mean tearing the island in two? there are the displaced who are Turkish Cypriots, are you willing to dismiss their Injustice for some greater "Turkish" good, we are Cypriots, why not for some a return as communities in the south, why not for Greek communities in the north; if not my thinking, what is better than a Unified country, one island, one State? (except a Bicommunal Principal) and, what expresses our diversity better beyond our Rights as Individuals, but as well the right as Persons to represent ourselves, as a Majority sustaining an Agenda, in National Assemblies, an electorate, with the enclaves i suggest, that is island wide, so that there is equal responsibility amongst these Assemblies, and due recognition and respect for the Minorities amongst them, serving their special needs as well. Why not stand up and choose specific? Halil?
...or tell me specifically something better, please.

...do you call yourself "North Cyprus"?; have you taken to naming the other half South Cyprus, (as though Cyprus never existed)?

...Halil? will you join me and those of us who remember how much love this land has and how much was lost to Ignorance, have you joined with the revisionists who are deeply devoted to their Army?

...i repeat myself, write, make your opinions known:

Sorry RW, it's been a while since reading your Manifesto... can you remind please... you are suggesting a degree of a patchwork element of villages within each "zone" in your scheme ? ... disagree with any settlers staying cos far too many are there as ex-TA so they can bugger off along with the CarpetScammers.

Quote:
That federation would comprise a federal government with a single international personality, along with a Turkish Cypriot constituent state and a Greek Cypriot constituent state, which would be of equal status.

we have agreed to at least three governing bodies: a Federal Government and a number of National Assemblies; this is Bicommunal.

...for Cyprus to be Bizonal, similarly, there is one Sovereignty, and there are Territorial Jurisdictions on which the National Assemblies can prescribe an electorate. enclaves spotting the whole island, large enough to sustain their own identity allows for the repopulation, at least for some of the displaced as communities. thus, the respective majorities, within their domain(s), must serve a population that is island wide where respect and recognition of minorities is a benefit for the Free Movement, Association and Expression of their own citizens.

...settlers are free to reaffirm their pledge to Turkey, they will not stay but return (with the Army). many will renounce this creedance for one that is Cypriot; for some a home instead of a house.

Boulio everyone is free to travel to any mosque in the govt controlled areas. This carcinogenic community now wants the govt to allow free access to the settlers that were brought here illegally as part of a war crime.

Recap: homes taken, demographics changed, gc homes given to settlers, settlers should have rights in part of island not yet taken.

These lemmings have no limits.
