I'm waiting for all the "inside job" theorists to start asking their endless questions as to why the US killed Bin Laden and not taken him alive so to question him. They will say that the US wanted to prevent Bin Laden from "spilling the beans" no doubt, so they "assassinated" him so to prevent him from talking as to who else was in the US governments' "inside job" people involved in 9/11.

Oh by the way, Robin Hood, it turns out, Bin Laden wasn't living in a cave after all, but in a mansion. Perhaps the US should not have held that information as classified and had let the "inside job" theorists know where Bin Laden was before they went in to take him, Dead or Alive.

Silly remark...........I thought you were a bit more sensible than that! I believe we were talking about the period prior to late 2001? This place has only been up for six years. At least they got him in the end 'dead or alive'. I wonder who will claim the $25m reward?

I did notice that according to a US official he has already been buried in acordance with Muslim practice................at sea? Hmmmmmmm, I hope they took blood/tissue samples so that the 'conspiract theorists' can't claim he is still alive and living on the moon.....with Elvis?

Does anyone remember the American economy - and, more to the point, the New York economy - at the time? It was absolutely dead! They had severe money problems and were sinking faster than they could have ever imagined. The only way they could have survived is by the age-old money-spinner - war! There is no greater bank-roller than a war and they did something nobody would have thought a civilised, Western society could ever do - blow up their own back yard. What better way to do it than to blame someone who couldn't come out in the press and deny all culpability? No planes at all are allowed to fly over the Pentagon and yet one crashed into it without so much as a defensive retalliation by the USAF (and they were a lot quicker to get 3,000 miles in 1974 to stop the Greeks helping the Greek-Cypriots). It's odd that the Pentagon was only slightly damaged by a smaller plane when two huge towers were completely destroyed by only slightly larger planes.

Why would Bin Laden be living in a cave before 9/11.? No one was after him before 9/11, were they.?

Perhaps he wasn't even in Tora Bora after 9/11, but in Bora Bora instead.
