VP's long haul of 50 years has produced absolutely nothing in the north for the TCs, other than Turkey ruling their lives. Take the Turkey factor out of the equation in the north, and the north won't last more than 5 minutes. That's how "solid" VP's long haul is. Turkey will need the EU far more than she will ever need the north when the time comes. Once Turkey is ready to make the "exchange", it is then when VP will know that him being in for the long haul was nothing but a mirage.

If you had one in a million chance before, it has become an indefinite impossibility since 2004 when Cyprus became an EU member. The longer you don't reach an agreement with the GCs based on EU Principles, the more you will end up losing in the end.

The last 51 years of failure should tell you something !
