How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

This was outside my house in kapparis and I was there at the time. The fishermen had not even crossed over The floats when one of the Turkish boats tried to capsize them and on the second occasion they were taking shots at them.

2 days ago a CNG craft was permanently anchored there.

halil
keep dreaming Humanist and blame the others ....U said fair solution...yes we all wanting fair solution. Fair solution will not be only benefits of the one side ...it must satisfy both side. today was anniversary of referendum. we are going to be at Inonu square again on Monday .... to shout the world that TC's are wanting fair and workable solution in Cyprus. Parameters of agreements u are saying...it is there ...bbf solution with equal power sharing.... first agreement was done with Denktash and Makarios.... what is left from the agreement is to make it workable for both side and we the TC's are still behind it. to prove it we will be at streets again on monday. our message will be very clear.

I will keep on dreaming about seeing My Country free from the Turkish occupation. I will keep on dreaming that those refugees kept away from their properties by the Turkish speaking Cypriots return to their homes.

The only one true and recognised President of the Cyprus republic has proposed measures that will build confidence and give the TC community employment that has been knocked on its head by Eroglu and his supporters.

equal power sharing in a democracy is one person one vote. how fair is it a minority of 15% of the population have more say than the *0% of the population?

We may as well say that settlers who are now 25% of the population should have equal rights also. Where does that leave your 15% of TC speaking Cypriots.

I do understand you work for Bayrak and you may sometimes feel pressed to say the things you say and that you are in a difficult position because you have to provide for your family.

A two State solution is not going to happen. The whole of Cyprus is recognised as an EU territory. Your side needs to work towards a BBF based on Canadian model. It is the only democratic and politically equal model. Currently in existence, it allows free movement, it allows languages and culture to be practiced within a framework of a democracy and a Federal System.

By the way I do know what is going on in Cyprus. If you are referring to the "trnc" I even know what is going on over there too. I watch tv and I read papers. As I said to your bananiot the Cypro is not my only interests in life, however I do keep updated.

yup, it's scary in the north (the need for news)...

...30,000 troops; nothing to do, and discontent amongst the People; an economy that stagnates: something juicy to spoil the Easter festivities, and then to use later so that settlers can cross unfettered to see Teke, etc..

halil, please read my manifesto, for Cyprus, stand up for it or cross it out line by line; because the issue is not "Turkish"/ "Greek", but Tolerance/Ignorance: i think on this we agree. this Bicommunal Solution serves as a template that others can emulate, don't you agree?
