How can i do this? It's from the UK, i want to unlock it for use on cytamobile

Thanks GR, unfortunately the model i'm looking to unlock (9800) doesn't appear on the dropdown menu for the provider it's locked to, it does on all the other uk providers but not o2. I tried to contact them but no reply yet, don't think i'm gonna risk it until i hear back from them.
