I was thinking about this for a long time. An Autonomic Turkish Cypriot RoC.
It will be formed within the area now called "trnc" by the Turkish Cypriots themselves by joining a few villages adjacent to the areas now controlled by RoC. The RoC will record and approve the TC citizens of that area, the law will be that of the RoC and EU, there will be free movement, no border no anything. The police and education will be made by TCs residing in that area financed by RoC.
All military protection in the ATCROC will be provided by the UN.
All public projects/works/roads will also be financed by RoC.The ATCROC will be registered to the UN and approved by RoC .It will recognise no other military or police force than it’s own. Roads, public projects etc all financed by RoC. TCs will pay taxes like the GCs do to help with their financing.

It is obvious that the TCs residing in there will have full control, the existing "trnc police" as well as the RoC one will have no juristiction, the military will be the UN, so neither the Turkish Army or the GC national guard will have any juristiction. Furthermore there will be no settlers.

Other villages or areas may join later under the same principles. The ATCROC could eventually become multiregional, and could also house GC residents who are now refugees and would like to return.

In my opinion the whole idea is APPLICABLE.

pyro, have have a lot of respect for you normally, but this is idea is pure rubbish. It's not bad enough we are being pressured for a 2 state, now you want to introduce a multistate solution???

We would have a flood of illegals dues to them being uncontrolled, but apart from that, the TCs have no say, so why are you asking them??

Seriously, this is a very bad idea, even to put it into their heads.

I am surprised!
The end result will be RoC, ATCROC, and whatever is left by what is today the so called "trnc". I stress once again the ATCROC will be purely TCs no settlers.

For you it is totally unacceptable. For others it might not be.

The idea is to disolve the "trnc" which is based on illegality and human rights violation from WITHIN, and at the same time offer the TCs a better alternative. Also to lift Turkey's control on the TCs.

Your proposal does not serve all these purposes.
