As i said nobody can deny you to believe what ever you feel like .But is useless to try to prove something that might happened century's ago and dont try to solve our todays problems We have a worldwide recognized Independent and a member of EU country we are cypriots for God sake.
Cyprus is our motherland ,what we have to gain from greece ? i tell you nothing at all ,what we have to gain from a united Cyprus ...everything you can imagine .You want to feel Hellenic no problem by me . BUT first of all you must be a cypriot and then hellenic as i see it 99% cypriot 1% hellenic . And the same goes for the tcs . at last we must give our fights for Cyprus all the cypriots together is the only way to go forward . And for all those that winnow the Greek flag in the football fields and those that letting them hanging out of there houses all the year around for what ? to prove what ? my opinion is that they prefer to promote their ''ethnos' more than their own country. or they feel so unsecured. our Flag must be honored more than the greek one period.

sorry i honestly dont think i am capable of doing this. Others can do this, I cant. I take pride in the cypriot flag, but you are asking me to do that and at the same time abandon the greek one, which I admit i cannot do. the RoC permitted both greek and turkish flags either side of the RoC one...some greeks were too nationalist to accept living with turks, i am not one of them, but i can see the point you make, and i accept it, but i admit that i cannot abandon the greek flag if that is what we have to bow down to turkey who doesnt want a solution, and solve the cyprus problem.

if turkey wanted to solve it, it would have been solved by now. viewpoint even admitted it.

After all are ours ''fathers'' sins that we are paying now . Lets just look forward for once . learn from the pass to make our future better for us and our children's .and all generations that follow.

Why do you think that nations are built on BLOOD and not on wisdom and and wise men? We do not live in the dark ages we do not go to war at a drop of a hat, you may start a war if that's what you want to do but do not presume that the wise amongst us will follow you .
