Kurupetos, and his ilk are the ones who had run away to Greece for protection in July 1974 when the Turks began invading Cyprus while the true Cypriots headed north to defend the country. Greece and her gypsy sympathizers are among the biggest cowards in the world as witnessed by the world between July 15th and 25th.

Only problem is that it was the Cypriots, mainly the leftist ones and Makarios supporters who headed South as Turkey was landing, just like a rag tag bunch of Cowards, while other CNG units headed North, along with the infamous ELDYK units who really gave it to the TA early on, around Mia Milia and at Nicosia Airport!

I remember my Uncle coming across one Cypriot unit, as he proceeded on. He asked them where they were going, and informed them that the TA have landed, and their reply to him, "you go and fight them traitor. It was you and your kind that bought them to Cyprus, so you go and fight the Turks and get killed traitor. We are going home".

My uncle replied by saying that very soon, the TA will be in your home. He continued Northwards to the front line. Those few, ill equipped CNG regulars and ELDYK (Greek Forces) and went North, and fought like Greek men should.
