quattro, I AM Cypriot, but being Cypriot does not mean I can't identify, as do the majority, with my old roots. I can be Hellenic and Cypriot thank you, and that is NOT damaging to Cyprus at all. What is damaging is having this childish debate about our sense of identity and inheritance. Clearly, GCs have a strong bond with Hellenism. These GCs are not nationalists, or traitors to Cyprus. This is what I believe, Most Cypriots would have their Gunfire breakfast. Few don't know the meaning of a selfless act let alone the maximum sacrifice.

BTW, a Gunfire breakfast is an Australian tradition. It is what the ANZACs would have before dawn, before fighting would break out with the Turks. It is what an Australian Digger would have before charging the Turkish Trench with Bayonet to concentrate the Turks at one point so other units can outflank them. For most, it was their last meal!

On April 25, the entire ADF will have its Gunfire Breakfast. If someone wants to invade Australia, then they should do it at 1600 on the 25 Apr as this is when the entire ADF is at its most vulnerable, as the entire ADF will not be at its most battle ready state!

The next day, they will get their butts kicked to kingdom come. No negotiations with an invader period!

And even after 37 years, the TCs are still unwilling to apologise for their crimes against us. We have made compromises, and our President apologised. Where are these good TCs? Why don't they make their stand? For 37 years you destroy our churches and graves. For 37 years you have erased any evidence of our existence in the occupied areas.
