I go for the Impressionists rather than Cubists and all that lark. I liked Dali when his works gave me an insight into his crazy world. He was a genius. Yes, I do find beauty in nature as I do in the female form. I love curves , not straight lines.

Yes.. used to like Dali... in a naive youth... but politics does come in to art, and cert in post-war Spain ( and in Catalonia of all places!!!), the man was too supportive of Franco. .... far too supportive.
