hi, im planning to move to cyprus this year but i have no idea about how to get a job or accomadation.i currently work as a lifeguard in a hotel pool in the UK,but will do any job.can anybody give me advice on where to go and how to get started???
Accommodation is easy. I assume you want to rent. Plenty of apartments are available. Regarding job that would be harder and it will be difficult to get one without coming here. How old are you? Are you single? If you are young and single then just book some hotel here for 2-3 weeks and use that time to find apartment and work. If you are moving with a family then you should make a lot more research before you decide to move here. Even if you can find a job here the wage will almost certainly be lower than what you get in the UK. In what area of Cyprus are you planning to move to?
yea im a 22year old single guy and im a qualified pool lifeguard.probably looking to move to ayia napa but not completely sure.i'll do any job really until i find the 1 i want,im planning on flying out there at the begining of june!!!
cheers m8,i shall be bringing my skills over in june just not quite sure how to go about it really??iv gotta try nd get into a cheap hotel for a bit while im looking for sumwer to live then grab myself a job nd im sorted!im luving the look of cyprus nd i think it will be a great experience.
When you say "move" do you mean just for summer? Keep in mind Ayia Napa is a summer resort. In the winter almost everything is closed. Most work there is seasonal.
